Soil, water and plant tissue testing and monitoring for crop, pasture and livestock nutrition, environmental health and healthy communities.

Our goal is to assist farmers to decipher their own farm data, enabling you to make fully informed management decisions. We support farmers to increase your understanding of individual property/paddock soil nutrient balance and associated factors and how these impact on the uptake of nutrients by crops or pasture; and natural capital such as microbes, organic matter or carbon.
If you are a livestock producer, we can further explore how the soil and pasture nutrient balance may be impacting livestock nutrition. Fecal testing can also highlight deficiencies!
Water quality testing can also be factored in if suspected impact on plant or livestock nutrition.
We assist in identifying any limiting factors of the business and how they relate to production, financial and environmental risk management in this changing climate whilst building drought resilience.
In addition to Soil Nutrition & Water Quality Sampling Testing and Monitoring, Plant Tissue Testing, Carbon Soil Sampling, Site & Soil Evaluations and Exploratory Soil Sampling, Group Soil Nutrition & Nutrient Cycle Workshops, we also offer Additional Services to Not for Profit Producers, NRM and other Community Groups.
Free case studies developed when services sought by NfP for soil sampling projects, soil health reporting and group farmer workshops. We also provide casual assistance when needed for Management/EO/Interim CEO duties, Large Scale Program Management, Smaller Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Event Development for example: PathWays to Potential and Communications and Marketing. We have a great team and many fantastic supporting businesses that are available to step in when needed.
VAES has been supporting other community groups also for example Volunteer Interim EO duties/Secretarial for Association of Educational Counsellors and Relationship Educators INC (AECRE) and the Resource Centre for Personal Development (RCPD) for many years and aim to support community along with smaller landholders that have limited support.

What Makes Us Unique
The VAES Point Of Difference
VAES has a unique program/graphing model which enables comparison of up to four years of data consecutively (soil and plant tissue) and can also compare different properties, paddocks, and samples. A broad range of specific pasture types, broad acre crops and horticultural crops can be specified as can different growth stages and various soil types to make this an extremely versatile program. It is a fantastic visual tool for producers and industry alike.

Sustainability Partners
Valle Agribusiness was first founded and registered in 2009 by Joy Valle, with a focus on soil testing. In later times in response to the increasing need for combined production and environmental focus for producers (with ever increasing environmental and social license requirements/interest and focus on natural capital/regenerative practises) the business developed further and became Valle Agribusiness and Environmental Services (VAES) in 2014. We still remain completely independent from suppliers of fertiliser or farm chemical and have incorporated plant tissue and water quality sampling, testing, and monitoring programs to ensure we can assess the bigger nutrient cycle that impacts all facets of production.
